Act on behalf of natural persons, legal persons and other entities in applying for patents of inventions, utility models and designs in China and foreign jurisdictions;
Act on behalf of foreign individuals, foreign enterprises and other foreign entities in applying for patents of inventions, utility models and designs in China;
Represent Chinese and foreign clients in applying for renewal and change in bibliographic data, and paying annuities and maintenance fees;
Represent Chinese and foreign clients in applying for review of patent application;
Handle patent invalidation cases for Chinese and foreign clients;
Draft patent assignment / license contracts for Chinese and foreign clients;
Provide Chinese and foreign clients with patent search service; and
Provide Chinese and foreign clients with consulting service on patents.
