Who We Are

IntellecPro is an intellectual property law group founded in 1998. It is one of the earliest patent and trademark agencies approved by the Chinese government to provide services to foreign right owners.

IntellecPro is headquartered in Beijing and operates branch offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Nanjing.  It also runs a representative office in Tokyo, and has built a long-term strategic cooperation with the law firm, Beijing IPRO Attorneys at Law.

Currently, IntellecPro has more than 200 intellectual property professionals including lawyers, patent attorneys, and trademark attorneys. Adhering to the concept of innovation and in pursuit of excellence, IntellecPro provides comprehensive and integrated legal services in the field of intellectual property, and particularly has rich experiences in administrative enforcement, infringement litigation, due diligence, and evidence collection.

For over 20 years, IntellecPro has provided comprehensive intellectual property consulting and legal services to thousands of clients from different part of the worlds and a variety of industries, and many of the intellectual property dispute cases it has handled have been considered industry classics.  IntellecPro has been selected as an “Excellent Trademark Agency” by the China Trademark Association for many years，and has been listed by prestigious IP magazines such as Managing IP, World Trademark Review, and Asia IP as a leading firm in China.
